About Seth

I use an outcome-based approach by involving the client's feedback about whether or not their life is improving in key areas. When my client reports progress, we know we are on track and continue on the same course. If no progress or slow progress is being made, we may decide on a new approach to take. I have the experience of treating hundreds of couples and thousands of individuals over my 24 year career. I am Bilingual: English/Spanish. I am a co-author of a really fun book entitled "Staying on Top and Keeping the Sand Out of Your Pants: A Surfer’s Guide to the Good Life.” I am open-minded in my approach and working with clients from all walks of life, cultures, political or religious dispositions, and pesonalities. In short, I believe that growth is beauty and can help my clients change while respecting the core self that they wish to protect. I believe clients should feel comfortable knowing about the person they are entrusting, and I answer all personal questions about me or my beliefs honestly and authentically. I love being a therapist, I look forward to talking with you, and I’m excited to shared my enthusiasm for life and personal growth with you. My office is a welcoming place to all ethnicities, genders, and orientations.

A little bit about me personally… I am married to a sweet and intelligent woman, enjoy time with my familiy, friends, and dog. I love traveling, surfing, snowboarding, skateboading, biking, and running. My happy place is on a tropical beach with people I care about or just a solo run on the Barton Creek greenbelt. I spend alot of time reading and studying psychology because I love it.
