Depression and Anxiety

Severe emotional states can wear us down over time. Life should include ups and downs, but sometimes it feels like it is simply becoming too much to handle. When we are overwhelmed, exhausted, or out of touch with joy, it’s time to seek help. I can help you manage depression and anxiety from a past, present, and future approach. In addition to general anxiety, I also help clients with more severe trauma and sever anxiety in the form of OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). We use therapy to heal old wounds and historical pain. We address current thinking, behavior, and situational factors contributing to mood and emotion. We create a plan for going forward into the future with hope, enthusiasm, and energy.
